After putting down cigarettes… again, I packed on the weight… again! And after a visit to my physician, and when I saw 220 on the scales, I’ve decided to make a change. I know a lot of people make that new year resolution to lose weight, but I’m not making it. I just plan on making my fitness a priority and in doing so, the weight will drop. I have a membership at a fitness center about a block away from my apartment and I’ve been working out with a personal trainer.
My goal is to be 170 pounds by the first of April. I know it will not be easy, but I have a good support group in this endeavor. I plan on posting weekly updates so that if anyone is interested, you can track my progress.
Here’s to a new year and a new me!
