Traveling with my Uncle Sammy

Y’all may or may not know that thanks to the Army, I’ll be doing some traveling in the next month or so. I can’t tell you when, just know I’ll be updating my status and travel experiences through this blog. I can tell you that I’ll be in El Paso, TX for a few weeks and then onto Eastern Europe with my final destination in Western Ukraine. Once in Ukraine, I’ll be settling in and getting to work. I will update as often as I can, but please recognize that because of the military and things going on in the region of the world where I will be that I MUST be very protective of what I post and when I post it. Just know that this is not a combat mission and I will not be in a combat zone.

On this deployment, there will be an opportunity to explore and experience the host nation culture and I plan on traveling as much as my Uncle Sammy will let me. The history and architecture in this area of the world fascinates me and I hope to see as much of it as possible.
